Veolia initiatives in favor of women's rights
On the occasion of International Women's Rights Day, Morocco and Niger reaffirmed their commitment to the promotion of professional equality between men and women and gender equality.
- For Redal, the "International Women's Week" enabled the launch of the Harftha f Redal (Her job at Redal) programme, which included a workshop on deconstructing gender stereotypes and the signing of the gender equality charter.
- From March 2 to 6, Amendis also mobilized, notably with the launch of an internal network of women in the company, exchange days with female students in Tetouan and a workshop on the theme of innovation to promote gender diversity in the workplace.
- In Niger, SEEN focused on tours of the Goudel water treatment plant for high school girls and female SEEN staff on March 5 and 8. The visits were followed by a debate on the theme of drinking water production, led by the plant manager and the SEEN laboratory manager.
