The Société d'Exploitation des Eaux du Niger (SEEN) has successfully renewed its triple certification ISO 9001: 2015, 14001: 2015 and ILO OSH: 2001 following a renewal audit conducted by AB Certification from 10 to 15 June 2019.
It is in January 2014 that SEEN engaged in a Quality (ISO 9001:2008), Security (ILO OSH: 2001) and Environment (ISO 14001: 2004) (QSE) process in order to become a benchmark company in Africa with regard to its service performance, its customers' satisfaction and its staff motivation.
In 2016, SEEN was finally granted the triple certification by AB Certification for its QSE Management System. Since then, the Nigerien Veolia's subsidiary has strived to continually improve its Management System in such a way that SEEN succeeded to upgrade to the 2015 version of the ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001: 2004 certificates in 2018.
It is thanks to the involvement of all employees and the commitment of the top management that SEEN has been able to implement an effective system and promote a continuous improvement in customers' satisfaction, environmental and health protection and staff safety.
